The “Better Brew”?
Our products are made with real, unprocessed ingredients. Our cold brew isn’t traditional cold brew that often times removes the umph from coffee. Our cold brew is the perfect ratio of traditional cold brew to pour-over iced coffee. To ensure the best experience - keep products refrigerated. This will ensure that they last longer and you get to enjoy the experience more! :)
What is your recommended serving size?
We recommend a serving size of 2 tablespoons (roughly 4 pumps of syrup). However, we suggest starting with 1–2 pumps in your drink and adjusting to taste as needed. Our Lavender Syrup is quite strong, so we advise beginning with 1 pump and adjusting from there. On the other hand, our Date Syrup has a more subtle flavor, so you may need to add more pumps depending on the type of beverage you're making.
Are your products gluten-free, halal, kosher, vegan, or organic?
Our products are made with real, unprocessed ingredients. Although we do not use animal or gluten products/bi-products in our syrups or cold brew, we are not certified as a halal, kosher, vegan, or gluten-free facility. While our products are not fully organic, some ingredients are organic, as indicated in the ingredient lists of each product.
Order Schedule/Frequency
Our products are made-to-order, meaning they are made fresh and shipped or delivered within a week of being made. Orders placed by 11:59 PM EST on Thursday will be ready for pickup, delivery, or shipment on or before the following Wednesday.
Shipping, Handling, and Local Pickup
Currently, only our syrups and 16 ounce cold brews are available for shipment within the U.S. Both our syrups and cold brew are available for local delivery in certain areas around Princeton, NJ, South Brunswick, NJ, and North Brunswick, NJ (check your zip code at checkout).
If we are hosting a pop-up shop, a pickup option will be available for both syrups and cold brews. The location and date of the pop-up shop will be added to our products page and under the pickup option during checkout.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, since we want to make sure you have the best experience, contact us using our “Contact Us” page if there are any issues with your order. Please include your order number in the subject or message.
